Five Tips To A Happy Heart #ONatural

Heart Health Is Important

Keeping my families heart health in check is at the top of my priorities. I spilled it all in this post – What is Love without our Health? About that time I wasn’t putting heart health at the top of my priorities and my health was on a downward spiral.

Never again will I not listen to the signs my body or the bodies of my family.

Five Tips To A Happy Heart

Get Physical  – Adding physical activities into your life is one of the most important things you can do for you and your family. Something as simple as a walk after dinner can keep you heart happy.

Eat Clean – By removing processed foods and refined sugars from your diet, you will be doing your heart health a favorite. You don’t have to do it all at once, take baby steps and in no time, you will notice a huge change in your cravings.

Magnesium – Magnesium is a much-loved ingredient for heart health. It keeps you heart muscle and vessels relaxed and “cool.” May I suggest trying Orange Naturals Magnesium Glycinate: available in capsules, powder, and new MagPop! form (my favorite).

Omega 3sOmega 3 Fish Oil are a tried and true way to keep your heart happy and healthy. For those looking for a heart-strengthening formula, Orange Naturals Heart Health tincture is packed with botanicals to keep your heart strong and healthy.

Do something you Love – Wither it be coloring, gardening, baking or singing. Bring back your passion. There is nothing better for your heart than to falling in loving with life again.

Because I love my children, and I am madly in love with my husband, there is no way I can stand back and not find importance in keeping my heart and the hearts of my family happy.

Love, Happy Heart, Family
Since February is the month of L-O-V-E, I wanted to share a little love story with you.

My Love Story

Once upon a time, there was a teenage girl. She saw a cute boy and her heart skipped a beat each time they passed. One day out of the blue he asked her to attend his hockey game. In his cowboy boots and hat, he knocked on her front door and asked her mother if that would be okay.

I will be honest; I didn’t think it would have gone so smooth – he pulled in our driveway in a blue pick-up truck, and I was only 14 at the time. He knew how to win my hand, and he did just that.

From that day forward we’ve been hand in hand since. This year is our 20th year together, and our love only gets stronger.

Love, Happy Heart,

You see, true love always finds a way. Today, when my husband walks into the room, my heart still skips a beat.

Our health is important because of us, them and the life we dream of having together.
