Crunchy Peanut Butter Snack Bites with Chia – No Bake Recipe #MyKPBsnackbite
As you may remember recently I posted a no bake recipe for what I called After School Power-Ups: Peanut Butter Snack Bites. My kids have not stopped asking for them. Yes they sure tasted good and were so easy to make but it was the memory and time we spent together in the kitchen they keep speaking of.
- King keeps referring back to how sticky his hands were.
- Little O keeps replaying the moment mommy feed them like birdies with the leftover bits from the bowl.
- Mr L liked rolling his the biggest and wants to go even bigger next time.
- Miss C she enjoyed the taste and having them ready the next day for an after school snack.
- Mommy has to agree with them all. The fact that it seems like we are always running in a million directions with deadlines and extra curricular activities it was nice to freeze for a moment and get sticky in the kitchen together as a family. Next time we will let Daddy get hands on, although I have to say he has great photography skills.
Our No Bake After School Power-Ups: Peanut Butter Snack Bites Recipe can be found here.
Next time we just may make these as a family.
