Road Trip with Schneiders Simply Lunch
One of the toughest things about a road trip with kids is they are always hungry. Well, in all honestly our four children have enormous appetites and would eat all day if we let them. We like to get from point A-B with as little stops as possible. Currently, we are on a road trip from Toronto to Florida with four children. Experience tells me that if we are not out of gas, then we are holding all bathroom and snack breaks until the gas gauge says empty. Meaning husband doesn’t like to stop for anything.
We like to get from point A-B with as little stops as possible. Juggling breakfast, lunch and dinner on the road. When your road trip is 21 hours long, and your destination is warm and sunny, plowing through is very achievable.
Driving straight through does leave me left planning healthy meals for our whole family, that is quick to grab and won’t make a huge mess in the truck. Any ideas?
