This past year I have been learning as I go about adding nutritional supplements to our diets and upping our vitamin in take as a family. It can be very overwhelming to absorb at times because there is so much knowledge to learn and lot’s of do’s and don’ts to take into consideration.

This sounds really delicious and fits principles of my lifestyle.
I have never seen this water when I am shopping but I will try to find some and give it a try. Like that you add the vitamins when you are going to drink it.

What a refreshing company! I do believe in Karma but don’t expect it (if that makes sense) lol I’m going to have to look for this water!
