Kinder Egg Bon Fire Smores & Monsters University { #KinderMom }

In My Door Way

You know the stories about Monster’s under a child’s bed, the one’s you see in movies like Monster’s Inc. Yes, those stories that keep kids up in their beds all night with the fear about the furry 10 eyed monster under their bed? Well when I was a child it wasn’t a furry monster that kept me up, it was the spirits in the door way. My father’s grandparents, that I had never met or seen a picture of but I described to a tee. I can still see the vision of them in my doorway and it created sleepless nights for me as a child. Would a furry monster have been better? I am not sure, but the myth is fun to imagine, isn’t it?

Monsters Are Fun

Just the other day King woke up and described a monster in his dream. I am not sure if he really seen one or if his creative imagination was running wild. But whatever it was we made it fun and created a vision of a furry 10 eyed rainbow-colored creature who blew up balloons for little boys and girls. We giggled and he hasn’t spoken of monsters in his dreams since. Monster’s can be fun and with the latest Monsters University in theater’s kids can see just how fun they really can be. We have yet to see this film but I cannot wait till we have the opportunity.

New Friends

In celebration to Monsters University this is the first time ever, that specially marked Kinder® Surprise® packages are guaranteed to contain 100% licensed toys. We cracked open a hand full of eggs and got some cute new play friends to enjoy.
