Foodies Forever: Cooking With CUTCO { Event }
A few weeks back I was invited to a fabulous event that was put on by CUTCO, called “Cooking With CUTCO – Foodies Forever”. CUTCO put their heart into this event! It was their first blogger event and I was very pleased with the turn out and the details they put into it. The famous Michele Bosc was there from Chateau des Charmes winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, she treated us to some free, not to mention yummy wine. Which paired well with the gourmet appetizers they were serving that had my taste buds dancing.
I had a chance to meet some “in real life” GTA bloggers and mingle with some, I now call friends. Plus my BFF who also blogs (1Heart 1Family) drove in with me. I was happy to bring a date, the first to come to mind was a fellow foodie and close friend of mine. It turned out she owns the whole CUTCO line which made the night far better having her knowledge on our side.
The focus of the event was to introduce bloggers to Cooking with CUTCO a cooking experience done in your home. You invite friends and make a wonderful healthy and tasty meal together using CUTCO’s amazing product lines. A chance for foodies like me to gravitate to and fall in love with food and sharp knifes.
Fall in love I did. I added a new CUTCO knife to my wish list Santoku-Style 10″ Slicer, which slices bread like warm butter it was so smooth and effortless that after the first stroke I knew I needed to have it. I also took home a new favorite the trimmer, a knife I never thought I would gravitate towards however since I brought it home it has been my go-to in the knife block.
We heard some CUTCO stories, met some CUTCO owners and heard Canadian’s top CUTCO seller share her story. We cooked, we chopped, we shared a lot of laughs. The experience was fun, yummy, sharp and well worth the drive.

I’m not familiar with Cutco. This sounds like a fun event, though. It’s always fun to get together and have the chance to meet other bloggers.
Love meeting fellow bloggers IRL!
This sounds like a fun event. I have never heard of the company. I wish I had a kitchen to could fit more than 2 people otherwise I would be on board with this idea.
Party for 2? Thanks for swinging by!
