Why “Say Cheese” ?
Creating memories is so important for your children’s childhood, but taking pictures is just as important. It happens we fill our days with so much fun and learning that its easy to forget by the end of summer or winter exactly how we spent our time. This is true when you think back about how fast life goes and how quick your children grow. Pictures allow you to look back, smile and once again enjoy those memories together.
We try to take pictures daily, I may not be as organized with them as I wish but they are taken and there for us to enjoy. Its nice to take pictures at home, but how rare is it to get a full family picture when your the one behind the lens?
“PRICELESS” Tradition
Every year our family puts on our finest clothes and spend a few extra dollars to get professional pictures done. Having these professional pictures done to look back on is “PRICELESS.” Our family is my life and having these family pictures done each year is extremely important to me as a mother. Yes I love to share them with grandparents, aunts and uncles. But most important to me is when my nest is empty, I will have these family portraits to reminisce on. Bringing me many smiles as I can look back to see those sweet little cheeks and happy children who I dedicated my life to.

Sears Portrait Studio ~ Our Experience
We got dressed in our new holiday wear from Sears and put on our smiling faces. We all were a bit giddy and looking forward to each pose and picture we were about to take. Our photographer was prepared and knew what we were looking for once we arrived. Which came from the amazing customer service we received when booking. They asked the backdrop colors we had in mind, if we wanted to use props, how many were coming…etc… I really liked how we had all the details out of the way before we arrived, there was no waiting we walked right in and she started to shoot.
Our photographer was very professional, giving us the directions we needed in between poses. The kids were amazing and our photographer worked with each child’s temperament. Making sure each one shined, during their special moment in front of the lens.
Once the shoot was done, their was lots of toys to play with well mama and dada talked with our professional photographer.
Our experince was a success, the kids were happy, our photographer was patience and very professional. We didn’t realize that Sears Portrait Studio pictures were taken by real trained professional photographers, unlike some of the competitors in other department stores. Sears also focuses on the uniqueness of their collages, offering you professional options for your next family shoot.

When my baby girl was born!
Eeks is it bad that I say the last time we had professional photos done together as a family were when the girls were 2 and 5 … they are 7 and 10 now!

Oh goodness it’s been forever, our last family portrait was when my son was one, he’s now five. Whoops. :/
