Help NIVEA and @PlanCanada break the cycle of poverty!

 We are blessed to
have education at our finger tips in Canada, and to be honest I typically go
about my day without reflecting just how lucky we are to have school boards and
teachers. Everyone deserves more then poverty, no child should go without
education, but so many do. I believe along with NIVEA
Canada the power of an education can transform communities all over the world. That’s
why I am so excited to share this with you.

NIVEA Canada is proud
to partner with Plan Canada, to help fund an education project in Senegal, West
Africa. With the shared goal of building schools, providing better
opportunities for education and teaching essential skills, NIVEA Canada and
Plan Canada are working together to help break the cycle of poverty.
To support the Senegalese project, NIVEA Canada is
donating $25,000 to Plan Canada.

“ ’Care’ is the very essence of what NIVEA stands for as an organization.
We believe that every child should have access to quality education and this is
a rudimentary yet powerful way to build a brighter future for children. Your
purchase of NIVEA product in Canada will help give so many access to better
education.”
says Carole Rissmann, Marketing
Director of Beiersdorf Canada for Beiersdorf Canada.

I
have recently tried the NIVEA Pure & Natural moisturizing Day Cream; it’s
made with 95% naturally sourced ingredients. It left my skin smooth, well hydrodated
and with a glow. The fact that with every purchase you are helping support children
in Senegalese makes NIVEA a perfect choice.

“Every
child deserves access to a quality education and in countries like Senegal,
where so many children and their families live in poverty, an education is the
only way for them to claim a brighter future and realize their full potential,”

says Rosemary McCarney, President and CEO for Plan Canada. “Our partnership
with NIVEA means we’ll be able to build more schools, provide more qualified
teachers and materials, and create lasting change in children’s lives.”

“Realize
their full potential”
those words moved me. Each child has potential;
it takes support like this to change the world and give them a chance to
realize the potential they carry.

Plan Senegal project will directly impact the lives of
25,000 children and youth. Within five years, the goal is for Senegal citizens
to learn more skills and have greater access to economic resources, quality
education and support.

make a real difference in the lives of children in Senegal. It takes
you!
