How Do You Power Imagination At Christmas? Psst! Don’t Forget Batteries!

How Do You Power Imagination At Christmas? Psst! Don’t Forget Batteries!

What is the power of the imagination?

Power Imagination is the ability to form a mental image of something that is not perceived through your five senses. The mind to builds mental scenes, objects or events that do not exist. They are not present or have happened in the past.

Have you ever watched your children play? I mean really play.

There was a moment this summer that stands out in my mind. An afternoon where the power of the imagination in our children ran wild. They dug out the tickle trunk full to the brim with costumes and props. They got dressed up and ran wild through the yard building scenes in their mind. Playing, laughing, powering smiles and memories that even mommy remembers five months later.

Power Imagination of Sick Children

Every child deserves the memories that follow with the power of the imagination. They deserve to be released from themselves to laugh, to smile and to make memories that will bring out pure joy.

Duracell believes in powering the imagination of sick children by helping to ensure kids can still be kids; that they enjoy the magic of the season even in the midst of illness. For the 10th year in a row, Duracell will be donating a year’s supply of batteries to hospital playrooms across the country to power smiles this holiday season and beyond.

In addition to their annual battery donation to children’s hospitals across the country, Duracell has also made it super easy for Canadians everywhere to get involved. All you have to do is purchase a pack of Duracell batteries at Walmart starting now until the end of December, and they will donate to Children’s Miracle Network. It’s that simple. The goal is to raise $150,000.

Don’t forget batteries!

Ever noticed on Christmas Eve as you were putting the final gift under the tree that you forgot to buy batteries?

This is your reminder, go right now and type this little reminder into your phone: Buy Duracell batteries at Walmart – Duracell makes the magic of the Holidays last longer, and they power imagination.

Hasbro Furby Connect

The last thing you want is for your loving little boy to receive one of Hasbro Furby Connect and not have the 4 AA batteries it requires to power imagination.

This month Hasbro surprised our house with a blue Hasbro Furby Connect. If you’ve ever had a Furby in the past, you’d know that they are just like real children and struggle to fall asleep a bedtime. For some reason, every time my daughter pulls her Furby’s tail he thinks it’s potty time. The latest Furby Connect comes with a sleep mask. Just put the sleep mask on, and it’s good night Furby!

Hasbro do you have a sleep mask for kids?

Furby Connect has bright eyes that display more than 150 animations to help you understand what your new friend needs. He likes when you pet, tickle, turn him upside down. His light-up antenna glows when there’s something new to discover on the Furby Connect World app. Original Furby is a long time friend in our house and helps the kids power imagination. I am confident Furby Connect will fit is just as snug as “LooDoo” does.

Don’t forget to buy Duracell batteries from Walmart for your Furby Connect. Duracell helps get more fun and more playtime out of Hasbro Toys for the holidays. Plus, they power the imagination of sick children.

Canadians by heading to your local Walmart this December and purchasing Duracell batteries for Christmas, you will be triggering a donation to the Children’s Miracle Network.

Your purchase will help #PowerImagination.
