This week Summer has officially arrived meaning we are gearing up for family time on the beach, in the park, in the pool, camping adventures are a few items on our families bucket list. This also means my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has more exposure to ‘Summers fun’ elements making me tense. My handy personal device that houses my day-day, basically my life, has a greater chance of taking a dip in the pool. All because I was trying to snap a surprise picture of my little girl’s smile when she took surface.
Pictures like these are priceless but at the same time exposing your smart-phone to some very serious elements, like water.

- TELUS Device Care offers device protection for all devices in TELUS’ lineup (except iPhones – see below ) for liquid or accidental damage and manufacturing defects for up to two years for $6/month or $99 upfront.
- TELUS Device Care Premium offers device protection for all devices in TELUS’ lineup including iPhones for liquid, accidental damage or manufacturing defects for up to two years AND lost or stolen devices for $11/month or $179.
- TELUS is now the first Canadian carrier to offer AppleCare+ at a convenient monthly rate of $6/month for two years. Customers still have the option to purchase AppleCare+ for $99 upfront.
- TELUS Upgrade Promise (T-UP!) program which now extends to all devices in our lineup, giving customers the option to upgrade to a new device after just 12 months.

I love TELUS for their customer service. I don’t know if I’d consider these plans though.
I had signed up with another wireless provider, but my daughter wanted Telus. What a difference in customer service, they went over how to use the phone, explained thoroughly all the plans available, and made her feel confident that she had chosen the right plan. She was truly offered deal customer care at Telus.
