Mommy of All Baby Events at Loblaws Chains @LoblawsON #PGMom

Juggling a family is difficult anyway you look at it. Between laundry and cooking I barely have time to go shopping for groceries. In my small town we don’t have too many big box stores but we do have Loblaws and that is where I can cut down on my errands and gain some time back for my family.

One Stop Love.

What I love about Loblaws is that I can throw a pair of socks or shirt in my cart and add it on my grocery bill. Making it simple to update my wardrobe or pick up that shirt for picture day, I almost forgot about. Loblaws also inspires me as I roam through the aisles, giving me inspiration for my meal ideas. They always have very eye-popping displays and the freshest of ingredients. I cannot forget to share my love of their PC kitchen line, which is very sleek and always in style. Just the other day I throw a set of steam-less wine glasses in my cart.

The Mommy of all Baby Events.

Loblaws is launching a new program keeping mom at the top of their list. From October 10 –24, Loblaws store will offer fabulous promotions and events from cooking classes, dietitian demos, special sales and fun contests.

Tips to maintain, balance and maximize your Time.

1. Check the fridge and make a list of what you need to buy. Making a list allows you to target exactly which aisles to visit. No more aimless wandering around the store with you cart – just get in and get out!

2. Make a meal plan. By having a weekly meal plan, you know exactly what to buy and how much so that you make fewer trips to the grocery store and don’t waste the food you buy.

3. Bring a friend Time flies when you’re having fun. Schedule a shopping date with a fellow mom and visit the store together! You can take turns shopping and watching the kiddies, or help each other by visiting different parts of the store and grabbing what you need. What a team!

4. Book a regular time with your spouse and find a babysitter. While this may not be the most romantic setting, booking a weekly grocery date with your spouse while the kids are with a sitter, friend or family member can help you shop savvy – and helps you spend some time together too.

5. Pick a store that has everything you need, like Loblaws. Don’t waste time travelling to several stores. Visit a store that sells everything you need – from baby, to food, to clothes for your entire family.

Spill it…What are your tips for one stop shopping?

  • I am a huge fan of the Loblaw group – I shop at Loblaws and Great Canadian Superstore and I love that i can get my groceries, clothes (especially workout clothes), electronics, home goods and pharmacy items. One-stop-shop is an understatement!!

  • Meal planning is so key! It saves me A LOT of money and keeps me organized. Not only that but it keeps me eating healthy as well.

One stop shop doesn’t really happen where I live, it seems like I have to go to all three grocery stores lol. Someone is always out of something or doesn’t carry the other.
