“I tried the What to Expect When your Expecting the Workout and LOVED IT!! There are so many great things about this video that I struggled to find in other pregnancy workout videos. “

You can choose from 3 different cardio workouts: Barefoot and Pregnant, Baby Bump Bootcamp and Baby Steps. Each one of these workouts are 10 minutes in length. You can choose to do one workout or if you are ambitious you can do all three for a total of 30 minutes of cardio. To help with strengthening your muscles and ease you body of those aches and pains you face when you are pregnant you can also try Cute to the Core or Buns in the Oven. Again these are 10 minute workouts and you can mix an match any of them to create a more customized workout for yourself.
