Netgear ReadyNAS 200 Series Review

Have you seen the movie Sex Tape, starring Jason Segel and Cameron Diaz? This hilarious film is based around a married couple’s sex tape that the husband Jason Segel by accident uploaded to the cloud which automatically loaded to his friends and families devices. I really don’t understand the world of cloud, where does it all go when we hit sync?

Personally, I like to see my files and pictures secure on a physical box in my home, a hard drive. We’ve always had our computers combined on a network within our house. With four active computers plus two smartphones and a tablet for everyone, it is nice to sign on from any station in our home and find what we are looking for with only a few clicks. No passwords or email addresses to remember and no worries about pictures or documents being uploaded into third party clouds that are meant for or your eyes only.

Netgear ReadyNAS 200 Series review

Netgear ReadyNAS 200 Series is the ultimate way to store, stream, and protect your home data within your home’s walls. The break down in his words:

Pretty fancy stuff here. You have your own hot swappable hard drives. Lots of space with 6000 gigs between the two of them. As a small business owner you could use The ReadyNAS 200 Series as an offsite backup. Being able to hot swap the drives and bringing one home at the end of the day.
