Shopping At Home
The count down is on for the kids to head back to school, this means us moms are frantically running about writing lists, taking inventory and we have shopping on our minds. The only problem for me is shopping with four kids is a nightmare I am not willing to take on. When I plan on avoiding melt downs in the aisles (me not the kids) I head to my computer to get my back to school shopping started.
Straight From Your Bank Account
Typically I avoid using my credit cards and this year I plan on back to school shopping with cash that is on hand. That is the same way I like to do my Christmas shopping with the funds coming right from my back account.
Visa Canada has made that simple enough. The last time I miss placed my debit card (was happening often for a while there) the teller gave me a new debit Visa card. The teller explained the benefits Visa Debit is a smart and safe way to pay for online, telephone and mail order purchases with funds debited directly from your personal deposit account.
Since I do a lot of on-line shopping I was very interested in this new option and see an instant benefit. Apparently I am not alone according to data from the Visa network, Canadians spent over $53 million online on apparel in August 2013, and over $59 million online on apparel in September 2013.
Between Aug 13th and Sept 2nd Canadian residents will receive a $10 credit when paying for Joe Fresh online purchases with your Visa Debit.
Since Joe Fresh is one of Canada’s most popular apparel and accessories brands and an ideal place to discover spirited, modern designs full of style and exceptional value. I was excited to also learn that the JoeFresh.com site offers a wide range of women’s, men’s and children’s fashion that makes back-to-school shopping exciting and easy. So I grabbed my daughter and we go busy doing a little back to school shopping at JoeFresh.com from the comfort of home well the three boys napped. It was a prefect chance to bond and knock some back to school shopping off my list.
Once we started to shop on JoeFresh.com I couldn’t believe this was my first time. The deals were incredible – Children’s Jeans 2/$14 which is the best deal I have came across on-line or in-store. Summer clearout are all final sales and the deals are so good they are hard to pass up.
Filtering down from price point, colour and type makes shopping easy. I found JoeFresh.com to be a very clean site that was easy to navigate and Miss C really enjoyed picking out her style from the options.
Once our shopping cart was full the checkout process was simple. I registered an account and requested a JoeFresh.com newsletter which gets me 10% off my next purchase. Plus I will never miss the unbeatable deals again.
As payment I used my Visa debit card and it was accepted without a hiccup. Before I knew it the process was complete and to top it all off you receive free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Free Standard Shipping over $50
I placed our JoeFresh.com order on a Saturday afternoon and since I spent over $50 I received free standard shipping which takes 4-7 days. I didn’t expect my order to show up at my front door Tuesday afternoon, especially seeing I accepted free standard shipping.
Besides a few last-minute grabs such as lunch pails, back packs and labeling to do we are pretty much set for back to school. Thanks to the ease of on-line shopping with my Visa debit card and the simple process of JoeFresh.com this mama is smiling ear to ear to be at the top of the back to school game.
